Management
A Hunter
Account Manager will promptly investigate the incident
leading to injury to determine the claim’s merit. Initial
contact with the claimant will be established within 24
to 48 hours of receipt of the claim notice, depending on
severity. During the investigation process, Hunter will:
- Obtain
copies of medical records
- Secure
statements from the claimant, fellow employees, or other
witnesses
- Order
copies of police reports, safety reports, or other appropriate
investigation reports
