Rating
Any
company paying in excess of $200,000.00 in Annual State
Fund Premiums should review this program to determine if
it would be an appropriate cost control tool. With a retrospective
rated program, the employer selects a deductible from $100,000.00
to no claim limit. They self-insure this figure with the
Bureau. The Bureau provides excess insurance over that level.
