> Hearings
The
Account Manager assigned to your account reviews all contested
claims upon receipt. Contact is made with the appropriate
company personnel to obtain any necessary information and
discuss witnesses, where indicated. The defense strategy
is also discussed. Once the matter is scheduled for hearing,
outside counsel is notified if applicable, information is
forwarded for review and all preparations are finalized.
Hearing representatives are utilized at hearings before the Unemployment
Compensation Review Commission.
