8% BWC Rate Cut Proposed

The Ohio BWC Board of Directors proposed an 8% rate reduction for the 2023-2024 Policy Year.  This continues the trend of the state reducing workers’ compensation rates for Ohio employers.  If this rate is put into action, it would means rates are the lowest in the last 60 years!  For more information, the BWC press release is below:
